What does "Not Going Back" mean for you? 

It means not going back to the upside-down status quo that treats people as numbers on a spreadsheet, or solely as a consumer group or workforce. No going back means we transcend our two-dimensional past and enter into a world where every person regardless of where they live, how they worship, how much money they have, or any other perceived differences are treated as a valued member of our human family and are able to contribute their unique gifts to our planetary community.
